Kim Hawkey, Taste of the NFL's new Event Director, spent over 25 years in media, programming radio stations in Nashville, Norfolk, and Minneapolis. Her expertise is in Brand Building, Marketing, Project Management, Team Leadership, Media & Public Relations and Community Engagement. She has a strong commitment to the philosophies of “give back” and “pay it forward”. Kim helped launch the Basilica Block Party, the most successful and longest running outdoor music festival in downtown Minneapolis and was Executive Producer of the Cities 97 Sampler CD for 19 years which generated over $11 million dollars for Minnesota charities. She is excited and proud to be a part of the Taste of The NFL team and its mission to raise awareness and funds for the hungry and homeless.
