Due to Superstorm Sandy and its impact on New York City, we have cancelled this event. Our hearts go out to all of those affected by the storm.
This Friday (Nov 2), members of the Taste of the NFL team will be in New York for a special dinner at the historic James Beard House. Founder Wayne Kostroski will host the evening with special guests including Bill Cowher, former Super Bowl-winning Steelers coach and host of The NFL Today, and Gino Gallo of Gallo Vineyards.
Guests will dine on an amazing menu prepared by chefs from New Orleans, the host city of Super Bowl XLVII. Chef Tory McPhail of Commander’s Palace and Taste of the NFL chef representative for the New Orleans Saints will be joined in the kitchen by Chef Justin Devillier of La Petite Grocery and Chef Aaron Burgau of Patois. All three chefs are alsoparticipants in Taste of the NFL’s New Orleans Dinner Series that includes a team of New Orleans chefs hosting dinners at their restaurants to raise awareness for hunger relief with proceeds going to benefit Second Harvest of Greater New Orleans and Acadiana.
