Chad Hennings, Taste of the NFL’s player representative for the Dallas Cowboys, recently helped to host the Cowboys’ eighth annual Taste of the NFL event to benefit the North Texas Food Bank. The Ultimate Dallas Cowboys Tailgate Party took place on May 20 with several former Cowboys on hand to greet guests and gourmet food stations from area’s best chefs including Taste of the NFL Chef Kent Rathbun of Abacus who also helped Hennings to host the festivities along with Cowboys defensive end Jason Hatcher.
We recently caught up with Hennings, former defensive lineman for the Dallas Cowboys and three-time Super Bowl champion, to get some highlights from the Dallas event as well as his predictions for the upcoming NFL season.
