GET IN THE GAME WITH TASTE OF THE NFL'S KICK HUNGER CHALLENGE
Taste of the NFL Celebrates 25th Anniversary with an All-Star Line-up in San Francisco
San Francisco, CA (14-Sep-2015)
The start of the 2015 NFL season marks the official launch of the Taste of the NFL’s Kick Hunger Challenge. Aiming to help eliminate hunger in the United States, the Kick Hunger Challenge pits fans from all 32 NFL markets against each other for a friendly competition to raise money for local food banks across the country.
When it comes to kicking hunger, no contribution is too small. Every dollar raised provides up to 8 meals. At the end of the Kick Hunger Challenge, all proceeds raised by the teams’ fans will directly benefit their communities, as all donations will go to each team’s local food bank partner. Each year, the nationwide Kick Hunger Challenge leads up to the much-anticipated flagship event Party with a Purpose® which, held annually on Super Bowl Eve, will take place in San Francisco on February 6th, 2016.Party with a Purpose® pairs current and former NFL players from all 32 teams with notable chefs for a memorable evening of food and wine attended by over 2,500 guests.
