Marc Payero is the Executive Chef/Director at the National Football League headquarters in New York City. He joined the NFL in 2004 and has participated in Taste of the NFL since 2008.
Payero is a graduate of the Art Institute of NYC (formerly the New York Restaurant School). His passion for the hospitality industry started at a young age while he was bussing tables during his summer vacation at a restaurant in Queens, NY.
