Chef Bryan Hartway has a Culinary Arts Degree from the Macomb Culinary Institute at Macomb Community College, along with eight years of culinary expertise. Holding an unwavering passion for French, Italian and Polish cuisine, Hartway began his culinary career in 2012 with the Joe Vicari Restaurant Group as a line cook at Joe Muer Seafood Detroit and with his dedication and innate skill, advanced to become Executive Sous Chef in 2018. In the summer of 2019, Chef Hartway was named Executive Chef at Joe Muer Seafood Bloomfield Hills. The signature dish he will serve at The Taste of NFL event will be a wagyu skirt steak with seared scallop, roasted chestnut risotto and Michigan cherry compote.
