Chef Susan Goss is the co-owner of West Town Tavern in Chicago. West Town Tavern opened in the spring of 2002 and features contemporary comfort food. Susan has been widely heralded for her culinary work at the Tavern as well as her former restaurants, Something Different in Indianapolis and Zinfandel Restaurant in Chicago. A 1981 graduate of the New York Restaurant School, Susan has long been active in her community and is an original member of the Taste of the NFL team, first with Something Different, next with Zinfandel, and now continuing the tradition with West Town Tavern.
