Conor Favre joined the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa’s culinary team in 2007 in the prestigious position of Chef de Cuisine of Wright’s at The Biltmore, the resort’s signature Four Diamond restaurant. Chef Favre brought to Wright’s years of experience at Valley of the Sun resorts and restaurants where he demonstrated exceptional culinary savvy and creativity. His previous positions in the area include serving as Chef de Cuisine of Dual Restaurant, banquet chef at the Marriott Mountain Shadows Resort & Golf Club, and banquet sous chef at the J.W.
Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. His diverse educational background includes studying Asian cuisine at the Culinary Institute of America and regional Italian cuisine at the Western Region Culinary Excellence Education Program. Chef Favre has built his culinary personality and expertise upon creating innovative menus that focus on the finest local and regional food products, which made him the ideal chef to lead the culinary team at Wright’s. The historic restaurant is known for its many special dinners throughout the year featuring original, one-of-a-kind menus, and for its rich and hearty yet simply prepared American Lodge Cuisine that uses the freshest, highest-quality, and mostly organic, ingredients procured from area boutique farms and other American food producers.
